Big Brother has stunned viewers with a brutal last-minute twist, ejecting two housemates in a dramatic backdoor eviction just days before the grand finale. The shocking move was confirmed on Tuesday night’s episode (12 November), leaving fans on edge as the final week of the ITV2 series intensifies.
During the episode, the remaining contestants competed in a tense challenge to secure a guaranteed place in the final. Farmer Cameron Kinch emerged victorious, earning himself immunity and becoming the first officially confirmed finalist of the season.
Meanwhile, viewers had been voting to save their favourite housemates from the upcoming eviction. However, ITV later revealed that the stakes were far higher than expected — with two contestants being secretly removed from the house immediately after the programme ended.
On X (formerly Twitter), the show’s official account announced the twist:
“EXCLUSIVE: Two Housemates have been evicted from the House.”
“Tune in tomorrow at 9pm to see who they are. #BBUK #BBLL.”
The unexpected eviction has now reduced the number of remaining contestants to just eight, according to The Mirror. Those still competing for the 2025 Big Brother crown include:
-
Cameron Kinch
-
Elsa Rae
-
Emily Hewertson
-
Jenny Baird
-
Marcus John
-
Richard Storry
-
Tate Reynolds
-
Teja Dalphy
Tonight’s episode will finally reveal which two housemates were eliminated, following what producers are describing as one of the harshest twists of the season.
JoJo Siwa Returns to the House — and Breaks Down in Tears
Earlier in the week, JoJo Siwa made an emotional return to the Celebrity Big Brother house during a segment of Late and Live. The former contestant grew visibly overwhelmed as she presented from the camera runs — the same space where she first developed a connection with her current partner Chris Hughes.
Presenter Will Best noticed her sudden wave of emotion and gently asked:
“Are you alright mate, are you having a little cry?”
JoJo replied through tears:
“I’m having a big cry.”
After taking a moment to compose herself, she continued:
“That’s where it all happened… It’s overwhelming for a lot of reasons. To see how backstage works, but also to see them in the hot tub — get out of my hot tub! That’s my hot tub. They’re just chilling, not knowing they’re being watched.”
Her emotional reaction sparked a wave of support online. One fan wrote:
“JoJo Siwa crying in the camera runs was not on my bingo card this evening.”
Another added:
“That was SO sweet. JoJo’s a gem.”
Final Approaches as Tension Builds
The live final of Big Brother is scheduled for Friday, with hosts Will Best and AJ Odudu set to crown this year’s winner. With only a handful of contestants left and unexpected twists unfolding, the final days in the house promise plenty of drama.
Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
