DIY Collagen Powder Recipe for Glowing Skin & Thick Hair

This homemade roasted superfood collagen powder is a nutrient-dense blend designed to support overall wellness, glowing skin, and healthy hair. Instructions

Roasting

  1. Heat a heavy-bottom pan on low flame.

  2. Add almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and poppy seeds.

  3. Dry roast gently for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning, until the ingredients release a mild nutty aroma.

  4. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.

Powder Preparation

  1. Transfer the cooled roasted ingredients to a dry blender or food processor.

  2. Grind into a fine, uniform powder.

  3. Add amla powder, beetroot powder, moringa powder, and rose petal powder.

  4. Pulse again briefly to ensure all ingredients are evenly blended.
