  2. Bend your knees.

This exercise helps you rest and relax your legs; you just need to open your chest and allow your lungs to fill with oxygen just before lying down.

Step by step:

  1. Place a pillow next to the wall or at the end of the bed.

  2. Lie on top of it, press your hips against the wall, and raise your feet.

  3. Open your arms to the sides and try to open your chest as much as possible.

  4. Stay in this position for 1 to 2 minutes and then lower your legs.
