10 Natural Ways To Eliminate Parasites You Almost Certainly Have

If you consume a Standard American Diet, the truth is, is that you likely have some parasite cleansing to do. Thankfully, there are safe and natural ways to eliminate parasites that you should probably utilize before its too late (and by too late, I mean suffering from nasty symptoms and developing weird illnesses and disease).

Not to freak you out or anything, but these are some common symptoms of parasites (which, thankfully, are also symptoms of other deficiencies and illnesses, BUT, that could also be a direct result of parasites festering in the body): constipation, diarrhea, gas and bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, joint and muscle aches, anemia, cravings for junk food, not wanting to eat vegetables, allergies, skin conditions (irritation, itching at nose/ears/eyes/anus, rashes, hives, and eczema), tumours, nervousness/anxiety, sleep disorders, teeth grinding, chronic fatigue, fuzzy thinking, headaches, runny nose, loss of appetite, bad taste in mouth, acne, fever, dark areas under eyes, and yeast/candida infections (especially if it returns).

I noticed that when I first went raw vegan, I almost never craved my greens (leafy greens, vegetables, etc.) – when I started to cleanse and water fast, and emptied out my body from a past of toxic living, I found that my body naturally craved these foods! I discovered through my research that parasites cannot stand the high oxygen content in leafy greens. I went from a salad-hating girl, to a salad-LOVING girl. I can’t go a day without drinking a litre of green juice, and then finishing my day with a HUGE salad! Suffice to say, I do not suffer from any of the above symptoms anymore, and this calms my mind in knowing that I am pretty much parasite-free! And you can be too!

Here are 10 natural ways to eliminate parasites you almost certainly have!

1. Cleanse, cleanse, cleanse

As with my own experience in cleansing, I can tell you that this is one of the best ways to help eliminate parasites. Water fasting is by far, one of the most effective ways to get rid of parasites, but if you can’t submit yourself to that much dedication, try juice fasting for 30 days and see where that takes you – I promise you, that you will feel like a new person!

2. Stop consuming or limit animal products

Avoid all raw or poorly cooked meats, fish, seafood and shellfish! They are usually full of parasitic eggs and cysts. Also, avoid all pig products like ham, bacon, pork, lard, pig skin, and sausage made with pork. I won’t post a picture, but look up “trichina infection of the brain” on google – you will never eat another pork product again.

3. Eat plenty of raw fruit and vegetables

Try going vegan, or even raw vegan for a week or two and watch your health sky-rocket! Enhancing overall vitality of the body is required to rid the body of parasites. Parasites live on low-frequencies and thrive in sick bodies. Improving your vitality through the incredible energy of raw fruits and vegetables will often easily expel parasites. Having a clean, healthy body will also enhance the body’s ability to resist future parasitic infestations.

4. Consider a liver detox

Because parasites cannot stand bile (it is irritating and even lethal for parasites), a liver cleanse is almost necessary. For a majority of people, the liver doesn’t function as optimally as it’s supposed to. This will result in reduced bile flow, and a higher chance for parasite infestation. As one cleanses the liver, whether with dandelion root tea, dandelion greens, burdock, beets, and other liver cleansing herbs and foods, you will improve bile flow, and help destroy festering parasites.

5. Eat more raw garlic and onions

Raw garlic and onions provide the body with sulfur containing amino acids which are highly anti-parasitic. This isn’t that hard to get it in your body, either. If you have a juicer, juice 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1 red onion, some leafy greens, celery and lemon! If you don’t have a juicer, simply make a salad and add in a clove of garlic and a bunch of red onion (along with other vegetables of course!).

6. Supplement with oil of oregano

This amazing supplement is extremely volatile and anti-parasitic. In one study, 77% of patients treated for enteric parasites were parasite-FREE after taking oil of oregano in tablet form for six weeks. Use 2-3 drops with a little bit of lemon in a glass of water and drink 3-4 times a day. I found that Oreganol is one of the best oil of oregano products out there! Highly recommended.

7. Get a good quality probiotic

Probiotics are a great way to defeat intestinal worms. Studies have shown that by incorporating a daily probiotic supplement to your diet, you can completely cure yourself of hookworm, a parasite that affects between 576-740 million people EVERY YEAR. A good-quality, ultimate probiotic that I recommend is by Garden of Life, and it is well worth your money!

8. Incorporate herbs into your diet

Incorporating anti-parasitic herbs into your diet like Black Walnut, Pau d’Arco, thyme, burdock, wormwood and cloves, is probably one of the most effect ways to help flush parasites out. Thankfully, there is a product called Worm Out by Trilight (alcohol and sugar free!), which contains all 6 of these herbs in one handy tincture. With this product, you simply take 1/2 teaspoon per 25 lbs. of body weight every 3 hours. It tastes a bit earthy, but it is well worth the benefits you achieve in the long-run.

9. Get rid of food allergens (parasites LOVE these!)

Food allergens like soy, wheat, eggs, and dairy are things that parasites love! If you continue eating these foods, the parasites will likely have found a long-term home in your body. Besides, these foods also trigger a host of different illnesses and disorders like hormone imbalance, MS, IBS, cancer, mucus-production, and so much more. Might as well just get rid of them to experience total, abundant health!

10. Pumpkin seeds!

This is probably one of the easiest ways to help de-worm your body. Raw pumpkin seeds (when soaked and sprouted for a couple days) dramatically helps eliminate a variety of worms. In fact, Native Americans are known to have chewed pumpkin seeds as an aid in de-worming their body!
