Pour a small amount of high-alcohol white wine into a bowl. Using a brush, apply a thin layer of wine evenly over the surface of each piece of pork. This step helps disinfect the meat, reduces bacterial contamination, and creates a protective layer on the surface.
3. Moisture Locking
In a separate bowl, pour a small amount of cooking oil. Brush a thin, even layer of oil over each piece of pork. The oil helps seal in moisture, prevents dehydration, and preserves the meat’s natural texture during freezing.
4. Wrapping for Freshness

Lay out the food-grade plastic wrap on a flat surface and place the treated pork pieces on top. Wrap each piece tightly, pressing gently to remove as much air as possible. Creating an airtight environment helps slow oxidation and extends freshness.
5. Airtight Sealing

Place the wrapped pork into ziplock bags and seal them tightly, making sure to expel all remaining air. Alternatively, aluminum foil can be used as an additional moisture barrier to prevent freezer humidity from affecting the meat.

Once sealed, arrange the pork neatly in the freezer. The ideal freezing temperature is around –18°C (0°F). At this temperature, the pork can maintain freshness and quality for an extended period.
