The most dangerous inmate decided to punish the newcomer brutally because, a few days earlier, the girl had refused to give her food away and calmly said that she would no longer allow anyone to bully or humiliate her. For a woman who had kept the entire prison block in fear for years, that was a real insult. She did not make a scene right away. She simply smirked and decided to wait for the right moment to humiliate the girl in front of everyone.

That moment came only a few days later.

Early in the morning, the prisoners were taken out to work in the prison garden. Some loosened the soil, others watered the flower beds, and others planted new plants. The guards walked between the rows, keeping order, but they could not see everything happening across such a large area at once.

The newcomer was quietly doing her work. She knelt down in silence, carefully planted a young plant, and paid no attention to the other prisoners. It was clear that the girl simply wanted to get through the day peacefully and avoid any new trouble.

Meanwhile, the most dangerous inmate was already watching her from a distance.

She deliberately waited until the guards turned away and walked toward the other end of the garden. Then she quietly approached from behind, holding a large metal bucket filled with ice-cold water.

A second later, she suddenly tipped the bucket right over the girl’s head.

The freezing water crashed down on the newcomer, instantly soaking her clothes and hair. The girl flinched in surprise, but she did not scream. She slowly stood up and wiped her face with her hand.

Loud laughter immediately rang out behind her.

The most dangerous inmate was nearly doubled over with pleasure, pointing at the drenched girl. Several of her friends also began to laugh, while the other prisoners watched in silence. Many of them knew perfectly well that they could not interfere, or they might become the next victims.

The newcomer said nothing. She simply looked calmly at the woman, picked up the overturned bucket from the ground, and returned to her work.

That calmness, for some reason, made her attacker even angrier. She was sure that everyone had seen the girl’s humiliation and that the newcomer would remember her place for a long time. But no one could have imagined how this act would end.

A few hours later, all the prisoners were lines up in the yard. The prison warden came out with several internal security officers and immediately ordered the most dangerous inmate to step forward.

The yard fell completely silent.

It turned out that several days earlier, the administration had started a secret investigation because of constant complaints about bullying and humiliation of new prisoners. Small surveillance cameras had been installed in different parts of the prison in advance, and neither the inmates nor most of the staff knew they existed.

One of those cameras was filming that exact section of the prison garden.

The footage clearly showed the woman deliberately waiting until the guards turned away, approaching with the bucket, and intentionally pouring ice-cold water over the girl before laughing with her friends.

After watching the recording, the warden announced his decision.

The most dangerous inmate was immediately stripped of all privileges, transferred to the strictest block, banned from working with the others, and sent to long-term disciplinary isolation. In addition, a new disciplinary case was opened against her, one that would significantly extend her prison sentence.

When she was led away from the yard, none of those who had laughed with her that same morning said a single word.

And the new prisoner quietly continued working in the garden, as if nothing had happened
