🌿 Lipton Tea, Ginger & Cloves Drink (Simple Recipe)
Ingredients:

1 Lipton tea bag

3–5 cloves
-
1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 3–5 thin slices)

1 cup hot water (250 ml)

Optional: honey or lemon for taste
Preparation:

Wash the ginger and slice it thinly.

Add the ginger and cloves to water and boil for 5–7 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add 1 Lipton tea bag, cover, and steep for 2–3 minutes.

Remove the tea bag and strain if necessary.

Add honey or lemon if desired, stir well, and drink warm.
How to use:

Drink once daily, preferably in the morning or before bedtime.

Do not exceed 1–2 cups per day.
