Top FBI Official Raises Alarming Concerns About Epstein Investigation

During his tenure, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino revealed that certain revelations regarding the Epstein case had “shocked me to my core.”

Amid escalating criticism surrounding his handling of the Epstein files, Bongino shared a cryptic message on social media, vowing to uncover “the truth.”

He added, “We cannot operate a Republic in this manner. I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.”

“We will conduct this investigation with integrity, following the law and doing what’s right. We will uncover the answers WE ALL DESERVE.”

“As with any investigation, I can’t predict its outcome, but I assure you of an honest and respectful pursuit of truth. Not ‘my truth’ or ‘your truth,’ but THE TRUTH.” Bongino also referred to recent findings about the weaponization and corruption within the government.

Although he stated that “things are happening,” Bongino did not clarify when the public might be informed about what he alluded to.

Bongino and FBI Director Kash Patel have recently come under fire for their handling of the controversial Epstein files.

Earlier this month, Bongino, a long-time supporter of the claims regarding Epstein's alleged client list, threatened to resign due to poor management.

Following the release of a DOJ letter confirming Epstein’s suicide and stating that no individuals from the list would face charges, Bongino did not show up for work that Friday, and the ‘Epstein client list’ was also notably excluded.

There were concerns that Bongino might not return to work the following Monday, but he arrived a few hours late.

At that time, it was reported that President Trump was angered by the public criticism from one of his appointed officials.

A DOJ source, speaking to the Daily Mail, revealed that Bongino was ready to resign if Attorney General Pam Bondi did not.

In May, Bondi allegedly informed Trump that his name appeared in the Epstein files, a revelation that has continued to cause repercussions.

Bondi also supposedly admitted that the files, which included images of child sexual abuse, should be withheld by the administration.

In the 1980s and 1990s, Trump had a social connection with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite.

This week, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche questioned Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for her involvement in Epstein’s crimes.

Maxwell, 63, recently indicated she would be willing to testify before Congress on the matter.

Trump has not been charged with any crimes, and having one’s name in the files does not automatically imply involvement in Epstein’s child sex trafficking network.

Because Maxwell “didn’t hold back” during questioning, some believe she is hoping for a pardon from President Trump.

When asked about the possibility, Trump stated, “I’m allowed to do it, but I haven’t given it much thought.”
