Mix banana peels with this and leave it in the corner of the house. After just 1 night, all the cockroaches will run away

Instead of using chemical products that can be harmful to your health, you can use natural ingredients available at home to repel cockroaches.
After eating a banana, don’t rush to throw away the peel. Make use of it to create a cockroach trap.

First, take the banana peel and cut it into small pieces. Put the pieces into a container, then add a little salt and detergent, and mix well.

The banana peel attracts cockroaches to eat, while the salt and detergent dehydrate them and make it hard for them to breathe.

Place this banana peel mixture in areas where cockroaches usually come to look for food at night. After just one night, you will see how effective this method is.

Other Natural Methods to Repel Cockroaches

Using soap
Mix 20 ml of soap with 500 ml of water, then stir well. Place this mixture near cupboards, kitchen counters, or spray it directly onto areas where cockroaches often pass by.

Orange and lemon peels
Dry orange, lemon, or grapefruit peels and place them in areas where cockroaches appear. The fragrance from these citrus peels helps repel cockroaches effectively.

Onion and garlic
Garlic has a pungent odor that works well against cockroaches. Sprinkle a little garlic powder in areas where they often pass by, and they will not dare to come near your home again. Note that garlic powder is easily blown away by wind, so this method should be applied only in enclosed corners.

Alternatively, you can juice onions and garlic, mix with a spoonful of garlic powder, add a bit of water, and stir well. Pour the mixture into a spray bottle and spray in areas cockroaches often visit.

If juicing is not possible, you can finely chop onions and garlic, then mix them with pepper powder. Place the mixture into small dishes and leave them in areas where cockroaches gather.

Onions themselves have a strong, pungent smell that also repels cockroaches. Simply cut onions into thin slices and place them around areas where cockroaches come to search for food. Once they smell the strong odor, they will feel uncomfortable and run away.

Baking soda + sugar
Mix baking soda and sugar in a 1:1 ratio, then place it in corners of your home. The sugar attracts cockroaches, while the baking soda causes them to bloat, lose water, and eventually die. You can also place a little water nearby so that after eating, they drink and trigger the effect—then you’ll see the magic happen.

To prevent cockroaches from invading through drain pipes, you can also use baking soda. Take a spoonful of baking soda, pour it into a cup of hot water, stir well, and then pour the mixture down the drain.
