Her father rushes out, furious, panicked:

“GET AWAY FROM HER!”

The boy doesn’t move.

The girl looks between them, confused and scared, then whispers:

“Dad… why are you afraid?”

Silence drops instantly.

The boy slowly stands, locking eyes with the father, and says calmly:

“Because if she remembers what she just felt… she won’t only remember her legs…”

He pauses.

“…she’ll remember everything.”
