For dried guava leaves, use 2.5–5 grams per serving. Boil about 250ml of water and add the guava leaves. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Guava leaf water has a slightly bitter, astringent taste. It’s best to drink 1–2 cups per day after meals.
You can drink guava leaf water hot or cold.
It is important to note that you should not replace water with guava leaf water for the entire day, as this may lead to digestive issues.
