Morning is often considered a “golden window” for the body’s recovery and detoxification processes. However, many people unknowingly begin their day with habits that appear harmless but can gradually weaken the immune system, promote chronic inflammation, and create conditions that allow abnormal cells to thrive.

1. Starting the Day in a Rush or With Anger

2. Drinking Coffee or Tea on an Empty Stomach

For many busy people, coffee or tea is the first thing they consume after waking up. However, when the stomach is empty, these beverages stimulate the release of hydrochloric acid, which can irritate the stomach lining and lead to inflammation or digestive disorders.
