The mother-in-law pushed her future daughter-in-law off the roof of a skyscraper because she believed she was
unworthy of her son, but she could never have imagined how this cruel act would end.
The preparations for the engagement had been going on for several months.
The son of one of the city’s most well-known businessmen, a man named Alex, was about to marry a young woman
named Emma. They had met several years earlier, gone through many hardships together, and truly loved each other.
