YOUTUBER WHOSE PARTNER SPLIT UP WITH HIM AFTER ‘HUMILIATING’ WEDDING ACT SPEAKS OUT ON ARREST

YouTuber whose partner split up with him after ‘humiliating’ wedding act speaks out on arrest
Jack Doherty, the YouTuber with over 28 million followers across his social media platforms, recently made headlines for a run-in with the law in Miami, which comes after a controversial and "humiliating" wedding act that ended his relationship. Doherty, 22, was arrested on Saturday, November 15, and charged with drug possession and other offenses.

According to arrest documents, Doherty was detained by police after attempting to film content in the middle of the road in Miami, blocking traffic in the process. Authorities discovered a half of an orange oval-shaped pill, marked with the number "3" and consistent with a Schedule II amphetamine, along with three suspected cannabis cigarettes during a search of his belongings. The YouTuber was taken into custody and held at the Miami-Dade County jail.

After his release, Doherty took to social media to speak about the arrest, expressing a laid-back attitude toward the situation. In a video posted from the bail bond center, he joked, “I’m a free man, guys! Let’s go, I’m free!" He went on to mention that he had "made it out in time to shoot with 6ix9ine tomorrow." In a follow-up post, Doherty shared a celebratory clip from inside the facility, captioning it, “I ran that jail so fast.”

Speaking to TMZ about his experience, Doherty described the arrest as "the worst day of my life," not because of the legal trouble, but because the process was so "boring." He explained that he spent five hours in a tiny cell with a cop before getting a mugshot and fingerprints, followed by another ten hours in a holding room. He said he was "jolted awake by guards" before being let go, adding that the whole experience was “stupid” and that he "plans to be good and stay outta jail from here on out." Doherty's bond was set at $3,500, which has since been paid.

‘Humiliating’ Wedding Act and Breakup

This arrest follows a dramatic event earlier this year when Doherty’s relationship with OnlyFans model McKinley Richardson ended after a live-streamed wedding ceremony in Las Vegas. Although the wedding was not legally binding, things quickly took a turn for the worse when Doherty introduced a pre-nuptial agreement during the ceremony. He went on to make statements on camera, saying that if they divorced, Richardson would receive nothing, even if he cheated, and that she would owe him $10 million if she cheated. He also claimed he would receive 100% of her OnlyFans revenue, even in the event of a divorce.

To make matters worse, Doherty stated that Richardson could not speak to or date another man for "250 years" and would still have to "cook, clean, and do my laundry." The entire scene, especially with Richardson’s father present, caused significant tension. Richardson later spoke out about the experience on Camilla Araujo’s podcast, calling it "humiliating." She shared that Doherty's vows felt disrespectful, especially when he made her father stand up and read them in front of everyone. "My dad actually cried that day," Richardson said, adding that after they left, her father told her, "that was so humiliating."

Despite the fallout, Doherty confirmed in May that he and Richardson had split, and the incident remains a point of controversy surrounding his public persona.
