Dog ticks bit 3 people in a family, 2 died: If you can't keep them clean, don't keep them, they're full of diseases

I have a dog that is very active, playful, and needs special care to ensure it remains healthy. The dog had been suffering from a condition where its body temperature rose to a dangerously high level due to excessive activity in the sun. It started showing signs of lethargy, so I took it to the vet. After the initial treatment and cooling down period, it seemed to recover.

However, after a while, the dog started showing signs of discomfort again, and I noticed it was having difficulty breathing. At the vet, the diagnosis was that the dog was having severe heat exhaustion, which led to problems with its organs.

The vet explained that this could be dangerous if not treated immediately. The treatment involved administering IV fluids and providing the dog with cooling baths. After a few days of careful monitoring, the dog was able to stabilize and seemed to be doing better.

Despite this, the vet warned that this condition was serious, and I needed to be cautious in the future. It was recommended that I always check the dog's temperature and make sure it doesn’t get overheated during the hot weather. They also mentioned the importance of ensuring it is well-hydrated, especially after outdoor play.

The vet said it would be necessary to have regular check-ups to prevent this condition from becoming life-threatening again. The dog seemed to recover after that, but there were still some concerns. We have been following the vet’s advice, and the dog is doing much better now.
